We have no access to your payment account details as PayPal or Etsy Payments processes your order, depending on the method you choose. We will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to us unless you request in writing that you'd like be added to our mailing list.
Yes! We're happy to reserve an item for you for up to 48 hours.
Yes! For all items $200 or more, we are happy to offer a layaway payment plan. Details will vary depending on the item, so please message us about the specific piece you have in mind. Typically we will break up the payments as three separate listings here on Etsy to all be paid no more than 2 weeks apart from each other. Message us for more details!
We recognize there is an inherent risk in buying something you can’t try on in person. We've done our best to estimate the modern day size equivalent for each item, but we strongly recommended using a cloth measuring tape to measure out a similar item you already own that fits you well, and then compare those measurements to the ones listed.
Unless otherwise noted, the measurement of an item is taken lying flat and then doubled for an approximate circumference where appropriate (such as the bust, waist, and hip). Length is generally taken from the mid-shoulder, or top of shoulder strap, for tops and dresses; or the waistline for pants and skirts, to the very bottom of the item’s hem.

We’re very sorry, but due to the irreplaceable nature of vintage, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Vintage pieces are often one of a kind and can be delicate, and the risk of incurring damage with return transactions is simply too great. It is our responsibility to note flaws and provide you with accurate measurements. It is your responsibility to read them and determine if they will fit you.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please never hesitate to ask for more details or photos before purchasing so you can buy with confidence. If upon receiving your item you find something terribly wrong that makes it dysfunctional (i.e., a broken strap that wasn’t noted), please message us and we will do our best to make it right!
In compliance with the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, we will make an exception to our no-returns policy only to EU citizens under the following guidelines. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. For us, this means 14 calendar days from the date your tracking number has indicated the package was delivered to the address provided. The item must be returned in its original sent condition within 7 days after confirmation of the return. You must pay the return shipping cost and provide a tracking number of the return shipment. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of undamaged item.

We get it—sometimes you need that special something, like, now! We are happy to offer you the option of selecting USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. For express deliveries, including domestic overnight and international 3-5 day, you must place your order by 2PM PST. Otherwise there may be a one day delay in shipment, per local post office pick up hours. If you’re in doubt, just message us and we’ll do our best to help you figure out your options. There are rare instances when, if we are out when your order is placed, we just won't make it back in time to package your item and get it to the post office by the cut-off time. In those cases, there will usually only be a one day delay in shipment.
We package your items with care. Most are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and then placed in a protective plastic sleeve to prevent wetness from leaking in should the package journey through rain. If an item is especially small, we may ship it in a padded envelope instead of a box to help save you money on shipping charges. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Shipping and packaging materials are recycled when suitable and we encourage reusability. If the box fits, use it!
